Everyone should be able to shop this floor.

Our standard

We design and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That covers text contrast, keyboard access to every control, visible focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, and pages that work when zoomed to 200 percent.

Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted checkout, which Shopify maintains to its own accessibility standard.

If something gets in your way

Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We acknowledge every report within 2 business days and tell you what we will fix and when.

Reasonable accommodation

If any part of the site is hard to use, we will help you another way, at no extra cost. We can read product details and grades to you, send photos or specifications in a format that works for you, and take your order by phone or email at the same price shown on the site.

Ongoing work

We review new pages and features for accessibility before they go live, and we fix reported barriers as a priority. Some content, such as supplier specification sheets, may not yet meet the standard; ask and we will provide it in an accessible form.
