B3What final sale actually means
Two kinds of product. Two sets of rules.
Regular catalog items can come back unopened within 60 days of delivery. Markdown lots and scratch-and-dent (grades B, C and P) are final sale. Every product page and every cart line is labelled one or the other, so you will never be surprised at the door.

Returning regular stock
Email hello@overstockcabinets.com for a return authorization before you ship anything back. Items must be current stock, unassembled, in the original unopened carton, with labels intact.
- Requested within 30 days of delivery: 20% restocking fee.
- Requested 31 to 60 days after delivery: 35% restocking fee.
- More than 60 days after delivery: not returnable.
- You arrange and pay return freight. Original shipping is not refunded.
Opened cartons, any cabinet you have assembled, anything cut or altered, trim, fillers, panels, toe kick, and hardware out of its package cannot come back.
Cancelling or changing an order
- Within 24 hours of ordering: free.
- After 24 hours, before it is picked: $75 flat fee.
- After it is picked: 10% processing fee.
- After it is loaded on a truck: 20% restocking and processing fee.
Damage claims
Inspect every carton before the driver leaves and write any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt. Then email photos of the unit, the damage and the carton label.
- Visible damage or a short shipment: claim within 5 business days, noted on the delivery receipt.
- Concealed damage inside a clean carton: claim within 30 days. Keep the carton.
- A defect first seen during assembly: claim within 10 days of finding it.
On a regular stock item we send a replacement part or box. On a lot or a scratch-and-dent item we refund that unit, because there is usually no second unit to send.
Warranty
Regular stock carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty on boxes, doors and drawer boxes. Lots and scratch-and-dent carry a limited warranty or none, shown on the item.
